Spacious and bright apartment in a deliberately vintage style, within the Roman walls a few steps from the pedestrian street of Aosta and from the cableway to Pila, ideal for spending your holiday between culture, sport and entertainment. The accommodation has a large kitchen with original furniture from the 60s screen-printed "Faacme" fully equipped, with all the essential utensils and appliances to spend your stay with maximum comfort (microwave, moka, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher ...). There are three bedrooms: the first with two single beds, the second and the third with double beds. Inside the living room and the second double bedroom you will find two well-stocked bookcases with books at your disposal: encyclopedias, art books, thrillers, cookbooks, specialized magazines, etc. The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary fittings, two sinks and a comfortable shower. Throughout the apartment you will find antiques with references to the 1960s, such as: the sofa in the living room, the kitchen furniture, tapestries and James Bond paintings in memory of the first films released in those years. The accommodation also has two balconies: one with veranda accessible from the kitchen and one accessible from the bedroom with single beds. To reach the apartment located on the second floor, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the city of Aosta and the surrounding mountains, from the Pila al Ruitor basin, you will have an elevator at your disposal. Inside the structure there is also a private parking space or you can take advantage of the numerous parking lots near the building.
